Do you provide support for international patients during their treatment journey?
Yes, every international patient is assigned a dedicated coordinator to assist with appointments, hospital admissions, language interpretation, visa documentation, and follow-up care.
Can you help with medical visa and travel arrangements?
We will issue the Visa Invitation Letter (VIL) from the treating hospital and help with FRRO registration upon arrival. While we don’t book flights directly, we can connect you to reliable travel agents. Free airport transfers are provided.

How can I send my medical reports?
You can securely upload your medical reports through the “Submit Medical Reports” form on our website. Alternatively, our patient coordination team may guide you to share documents via email or other secure channels after initial contact. Once received, our medical team reviews the reports and recommends suitable treatment options and hospitals.
How does the payment process work?
Payments for treatment are made directly to the treating hospital. Most hospitals accept international cards and wire transfers. In most cases, advance payment is not required before arrival, and billing is completed at the time of hospital admission and before scheduled procedures.
What is included and excluded in the treatment cost?
Treatment estimates typically include hospital charges, doctor’s fees, standard investigations, and procedure costs. Expenses such as international travel, accommodation, meals, local transportation (outside hospital transfers), personal expenses, and extended stays are generally not included unless specifically mentioned in the estimate. A detailed cost estimate is shared before treatment planning.
Will there be follow-up support after treatment?
Yes. Synergy Mediserv coordinates post-treatment follow-ups through virtual consultations, medical report sharing, and communication with the treating hospital. If needed, we can also help connect local healthcare providers with the treating doctors in India to ensure continuity of care after you return home.
